To prepare for your Enlighten B1 treatment, your dentist will take impressions of your teeth and send them to a laboratory, so customised bleaching trays can be made. While you wait for them to be ready, you will brush your teeth twice a day with a special toothpaste that improves the whitening effect, reduces sensitivity, and protects your teeth.
